Another Pipe

This roof had a consultant say it needed to be replaced because he scanned it with a thermal scanner and saw moisture here. It just needed a pipe wrap

BEFORE

This drain was leaking and someone had just gunked the top of the sump over the gravel.

BEFORE

The drain bowl was still filled with tar and gunk.

CLEANED OUT

I cleaned the bowl and applied a poly based sealant to protect the old bowl.

SEALED UP

Then applied a coat of tar to cover the cracked sump, after removing all the gravel from the area.

AFTER

The Above Drain after all the repairs. The end result is a clean bowl that drained well when checked in the rain and a sump that wont leak again.

SUCCESS

Double Thumbs up happy about the drain.

BEFORE

The Flashing on this hatch curb had failed and was leaking.

AFTER

Reflashed with two piece corners, returned and lap sealed. The previous corner had been done with one piece. Big no-no.
